LaRocco's is amazing. The pizza will knock your socks off! My partner and I were luckily enough to try four different slices and they were all equally flavorful. Meat or no meat, any slice of pizza is bound to be delicious. Furthermore, the customer was service phenomenal, great vibes, welcoming ambiance and very affordable. Highly recommend!!!

A lovely OG pizza spot downtown. It's only has a a few tables, but a nice patio. Slices, pies, pastas, and wings. All definitely NY style! Thin crispy crust with a touch of EVOO on the edges. Kind service and a clean store. Beer and wine for those that indulge. 1 hr free parking nearby.

Came by just for a slice, but I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty my slice (white pizza) was. Crispy, thin crust and a slight tang from the ricotta dollops on top. A slice was $3.50 and my only wish was that the slices were larger. Solid NYC-style pizza, though!

La Rocco's Pizzeria is nestled in the heart of downtown Culver City, just a stone's throw south of Venice Boulevard. This place has a neighborhood pizza shop charm. Upon entering, you're greeted with the option to indulge in a variety of pizza slices or to craft your own full-sized pie, tailored to your taste. The wait time is a reasonable 20 minutes, a small price for freshly baked perfection. During my visit, I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner-- who recommended the Meat Lover's Pizza. Taking his advice, I found the pizza to be a delightful homage to the classic New York style, boasting a thin, yet satisfyingly chewy crust. La Rocco's also offers an enticing lunch special: two slices of pizza paired with a draft beer for $14. Moreover, the owner shared a secret: every Tuesday, before 2 PM, all slices are priced at $2.99. The Meat Lover's Pizza, while flavorful, did tip the scales towards the saltier end of the spectrum. Nonetheless, it's a nice neighborhood pizza shop I recommend.

A solid, takeout New York style pizza location in the heart of Culver City's Arts District. As mentioned they specialize in takeout, but they do have some indoor seating available as well. Parking in this area can be tricky during the evenings because it can get very busy however, we were able to find a metered street space a block away. There's also a giant parking garage on the block west of this location which would be another easy option. Service was fast and everyone behind the counter was very polite. They obviously do custom pies, but we decided to do a few slices to go for national pizza day. It is a bit expensive compared to some other locations but you do receive quality food in return. We chose the Pepperoni, the Buffalo Chicken, and the White Pizza. All of them were very good and were a good size. They also have Italian ice cream with a lot of different flavors available, as well as subs and salads. Overall, I would say it's a really good pizza option especially if you are in the area.
